A Unique Model to Meet Your Application Needs
Three Automated Fuel Additive Injection System models to choose from with a model to meet your specific application.
Vehicle Mount Plus (VM200)
This on-board fuel additive injector system is designed to mount directly on the vehicle or equipment and dispense the diesel fuel additive each time the vehicle fuels. It is a heavy gauge stainless steel autonomous unit that consists of a 3 gallon additive tank as well as a component cabinet. Its wire harness provides for simple connections to an either 12vdc or 24vdc constant source of power and ground as well as to an ignition power source. The product dispense hose connects to the return fuel line. A connection is made to the vehicles existing fuel level sending unit or to an optional supplied ultrasonic level sensor. With a laptop connected USB cable, simply calibrate the system to the vehicle and for the additive being used and its ready to do the job.
Bulk Tank (BT100)
These units are for use with bulk storage of diesel fuel and where X4 Premium Diesel Additive is commonly supplied using larger 55 gallon drums or tanks.
Power is supplied to the unit through the wire harness which is connected to a 24vdc power source. The additive is drawn from its storage container utilizing the additive pick-up assembly and additive pick-up hose and dispensed to the bulk storage tank through the additive delivery hose. The BT100 fuel additive doser is available in our standard model as well as an explosion proof design. It utilizes a highly accurate ultrasonic level sensor to measure the amount of the fuel being added to the bulk storage tank and dispenses the diesel fuel additive directly into the tank while the diesel fuel is being added with no operator input required.
Fueling Tanker (FT100)
This is the perfect option for any diesel fueling environment whether tanker truck or stationary. The real time monitoring of diesel fuel flow and X4 Premium Diesel Additive ensures accuracy and simplicity.The FT100 is designed for ease of use in most fueling tankers and other applications where the diesel fuel additive metering is based on the dynamic flow of the diesel fuel. The diesel fuel additive injector FT100 is compatible with a variety of meters and pulse transmitters and provides an accurate and simple solution for real time diesel fuel additive injection.
Power is supplied to the unit through the wire harness which is connected to either a 12vdc or 24vdc power source. The diesel fuel additives are drawn from either the, DTI optional or customer supplied, fuel additive storage tank utilizing the additive pick-up assembly and additive pick-up hose. Then the diesel fuel additive is pumped through the additive delivery hose into the flow of the diesel fuel as its being dispensed. The fuel additive doser is available in our standard model as well as an explosion proof design. By reading the signal from the meters pulse transmitter that is used to measure the amount of fuel being pumped the FT100 delivers the appropriate amount of additive directly into the dispense stream of the fuel.
Fuel Monitoring and Reports
All fuel additive injection systems provide full reporting of all diesel fueling and diesel fuel additive dispensing. The reporting features enable access to date, time stamped event logs of the amount of diesel fuel put onboard as well as the amount of diesel fuel additive dispensed. Additionally the customizable feature enables you to download all data recorded in common file formats that enable the user to utilize the functionality of programs like Microsoft Excel™ to sort, filter and display the data in a way that best suits their needs.
